Jill and I have just finished the stunning coastal walk from Tintagel (Birth place of King Arthur) to Boscastle (the fishing village that flooded in 2004).

It’s my 40th year and it was either buy a Harley Davidson or cycle the length of Britain, and as you a can read I’ve chosen the cheap option. I will be joined by my Dad Pete, and his best mate Mike. It will be my first time cycling Lands End John O’Groats. The purpose of my journey is to spend two weeks with my dad, see the length of our wonderful country and raise some money for St Luke’s hospice in Winsford. Starting on the 14th August 2009 I will be blogging our progress.
