Just cycled 30 miles over Mow Cow and got very wet on the way back.
Thanks to Chris and Vicki for an excellent BBQ in Wilmslow to celebrate Baz and Chris's birthday.
Looking foward to watching the Tour de France today, it finsishes in the ski resort of Verbier and should be an eventful stage.
